- Player information submitted during enrollment: player name, date of birth, school/grade, experience level, optional notes (injuries, goals).

3. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries and process program applications.
- To schedule sessions, tryouts, and communicate program updates.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use minors' data for targeted advertising.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our services are directed at parents and guardians of minor athletes. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. A parent or guardian must complete all enrollment forms on behalf of a minor. Parents may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by emailing us.
5. Media & Image Release
Photos or video may be taken during GBA programs for internal use, social media, or marketing. You may opt out at any time in writing. See the media release language in our enrollment materials and on-site signage.
6. How We Share
We share limited information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the site, email, SMS, payments, and analytics — bound by confidentiality.
- Venues, leagues, or tournaments when required for participation (e.g. AAU rosters).
- Emergency responders and parents/guardians in the event of a medical or safety incident.
- Authorities when required by law.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
